DO NOT go HKY of New Bern unless you are just a sucker. Bike shops are closing all over, but they are NOT the only people in the area. I wanted to order an after-market filter, which every other dealer in the area and every site on-line has for $81.00 (no savings on-line, surprisingly), but Honda Kawasaki Yamaha of New Bern wants $125.00!! An additional $45.00 mark-up on an already marked up price??? Motorcycle s... view morehops are known for ripping people off, but WOW. I just hope what goes around comes around. I feel sorry for their stupid customers.

If you want some customer serv...

If you want some customer service here, tape the money to your forehead, otherwise forget about it. Service department is the same way. you have to ask for assistance. There are plenty of local motorcycle shops to do maintenance on your bike, use them.
