As and old, retired soldier, I flew with my wife to Fayetteville to purchase a car our son picked out for us. We provided a bank check since we came from out of state. Three weeks later Mr. Yarborough is telling me the check hasn`t cleared, even though the bank says it cleared in the first week. And now, at four weeks, he doesn`t call and won`t answer his phone, and no title! Is time for consumer fraud protection?
