Service dept. is completely inefficient, Stay Away! Bad communication, long waits and sometimes the repair doesn`t even get done (but this won`t be communicated until the end of the day, even if they`ve had your vehicle since 8 or 9AM). Have never had this many problems out of other dealerships and/or repair places. Very frustrating. Don`t see another Dodge in my future, and definitely don`t see another visit to ... view morethis place.
