RUDE! SLEAZY, ESPECIALLY JIMMY, SVC MGR

I went to this location based on a coupon I purchased over the holidays. The coupon seemed to be a too good to be true"" deal but I validated it by called this store. I went in for my ""free"" oil change and they talked me into new tires; well they didn`t have the brand I preferred so they ""highly recommended"" a much higher cost set of tires. FOUR HOURS later, they gave me my bill and there were all kinds of ext... view morera charges that I had to inquire as to what they were. The sleazy so-called service manager, Jimmy, backed out a couple of ""mystery"" charges and had NO EXPLANATION as to why! He was argumentative and unprofessional! How can such a national establishment continue to keep such a schmuck like Jimmy around?????????? Read all of the reviews on the internet!!! NTB is either oblivious about him or desperate for business! They will never get any of my or any of my friends` business in the future!!!

How many chances do you give a place before you move on...

I bought a 3 year alignment plan from NTB as the BMW shop near by recommended them b/c thats where they send their cars for alignment. I bought 4 tires, upgraded my suspension and springs and brought it to Capital to have it aligned. They left the driver side hardware loose and let me leave this way. After visits to 2 other shops we discovered that nuts were only finger tight on the driver side and that the wheel ... view moreshould have fell off. This ruined my new tires because after it was finally alighned (by M Powered in Cary) the car still pulled to the left. We replaced the tires and I brought it there (who knows why) for an alighment this past week. Car drives straight and is vibration free but the wheel is not centered.... I called the shop in garner and asked if they could help and they told me to come on down. After getting there they tell me they don`t have the tools to do my car properly and to go to the duraleigh location. They called ahead to make sure that they could handle the job and I listened to the conversation. When i get there.... Mark the manager says.... nobody called here and shook his head no.... On the way out he asked what do you need done... I was disgusted. I guess thats the service you can expect from the NTB group if you by an extended service plan... They figure they already have your money, nothing in it for them to do the work. Bad part was is I talked a gentlmen into a 5 year plan at the desk of the Garner store just before they told me they couldn`t do the work after I drove from Knightdale to have the work done.... Remember, I called first and my name is in the computer. Car, make, model, and the service plan I purchased. A professional organization would have directed me to the proper store once they figured out who and what they were talking about. I drove around the triangle last night and wasted a ton of time.
