Beware Inspections (Bad Manager)

They would not pass my inspection because cracked reflector on my bumper. The guy inspecting my car told me to take it somewhere else because of the manager there was bad and would not pass it. They sill charged me $23.75 for not passing. I when right down the road to another Jiffy Lube and they passed it. Inspector there said they should have passed it at the other Jiffy Lube place.

Bad Service

This has to be the worst place to go for an oil change. Both my sister and I have gone there for their over-priced oil change. After her first trip, we found her front passenger tire more than 10 lbs under inflated immediately after they allegedly checked her tire pressure. Today, we went (why, I don`t know) and didn`t get all the services included in the premium oil change (e.g., vacuum floors, etc.) and they had... view more the nerve to mark it ""completed"" on the receipts. They were also supposed to rotate my tires (extra charge) and they didn`t tell me until after the oil change that they couldn`t do the tire rotation. Had I known this at the start, I would have gone someplace else to get what I needed done! Congratulations, Jiffy Lube-Garner, you are down two customers plus everybody we can complain to.
