Poor Quality Work

I sent my car to Haddock Collision after hitting a deer. First, they took 3 days longer than promised. I could live with that as I had a rental car, which was being taken care of by my insurance. However, when I did get my car back, there were several obvious flaws.
1) The hood was not aligned properly
2) The right fender had a piece in the front above the light that was loose.
3) There were several pl... view moreaces on the hood where the paint was rough.
4) My windsheld (which has had a half-dollar size chip for 3 years was expanded up to the top of the windshield when my car was returned. When I mentioned this, he said it probably happened when the car was in the shop due to the heat. And, as a result, I had to spend an additional $100 (deductible) to have my windshield replaced.
The good thing is that they do give a lifetime warranty on their work, so I have taken it back twice already to make sure they make the appropriate repairs and get it right. However, it is still not right and I have to take it back again next week. I am extremely frustrated as I feel this should have been done right the first time, they have poor quality control, and it is taking too long to make sure this is repaired properly. Therefore, I would NOT recommend taking your car to Haddock Collision on Capital Blvd in Wake Forest. The only reason I am giving this two stars is for their lifetime warranty.

terrible customer service

seems like this place has too much business to worry about good customer service. i had to wait an extra 2 days to get my car back to me for very silly and unprofessional reasons. if they believed in good customer service i wouldnt have had to wait. i wasted a lot of time and energy on this place - find somewhere else, there are many places on capital blvd. that work on cars. the person who took `care` of me was ... view morerude and gave me a poor excuses for the delay.
