Worst shop ever
Worst shop ever. My dump truck was turned over at the end of Oct 2011, not the cab, only the bed. I took the truck to them on Sep 7th and after Ralph, the body manager looked over the damage I was told it would be about a months worth of work to get the truck back on the road. November comes and goes, then December and still no truck, oh yea i forgot to mention that insurance wrote them a check in Sep so they were al... view moreready paid. When they finally call me to come get the truck my sattalite radio and ALL of the fuel had been stolen, Cardinals response was "" we are not resposible for personal iteams left in the truck"". the radio, which was bolted in, is not something you remove from the truck without cutting wires which the thieves did. Cardinal left my truck doors unlocked, allowing any of the local bums to have their way with the truck. Ralph said he would talk to his manager and see what he could do about the radio, so i took the truck for a very short drive, about a mile and noticed there was a bad vibration comming from the driveline, went right back to Cardinal, got Ralph in the truck and took him for a ride so he could feel the shaking. They put the truck back in the shop the next day and 4 days later he calls and says its ready. Im out of town so I sent my cousin to pick up the truck and an hour later the radiator is leaking every where, which they new there was a problem with bc when i took them the truck i showed them that all of the fluid had drained out from the accident, they said they pressure tested but couldnt find the problem so Ralph agreed to put a new one in it. 2 days later he calls and says its ready, so my cousin goes back up and gets the truck, drives it to his house and parks it. A couple days later i get back in town, go get the truck and...same vibrating problem as before. So back we go again on a monday, tue i call and am told "" ill call you right back"", same thing on wed, so thurs i call and speak to Paul, the GM who tells me he is going to get right on it, see whats going on and call me back. He calls back on fri and says ""the truck got lost between the body and service department"" and hadnt even been started on yet. 5 full buisness days and they did nothing. Glen, the service manager said he didnt do anything bc he didnt know who was going to pay for it, They had already been paid again by insurance for the vibration, they just didnt fix it. Another 2 weeks, 3 total now, after calling everyday and being told they were working on it i drive up there and find they had done nothing so far. At this point Im furious, I talked to paul again on a thurs and he said I promise you that tmw morning my transmission guy will have the truck in his bay. Well friday comes and goes, then monday and finally on tues the transmission guy gets it in his bay and on friday i get the call to come get it. They charged me for 14 hours of service but they had the truck for a month to pull the transmission. Over all it took them 4 months and over 40k to fix my truck, and there are still many things wrong, my back up alarm is missing and my reverse light wires are no where to be found. This place is a joke, the managers are all huge asses and dont give a crap about other people. I cant even tell you the number of phone calls I made where I was told ""well call you back"" and never did. Paul, the GM was absolutley no help, he broke his word several times. I dont care if my truck was to catch fire in front of their building, I will NEVER give them any buisness of any kind. oh, and they said they were going to give me a check for $85 for the radio, which they never did. If i could give negative stars I would.
