Forget about service or workmanship
How many times can or really should a person take a vehicle back to get the same problem, that has already been paid for, properly repaired? In my case, five times with just about each time having to leave the car there, being seriously inconvenienced with no call to let me know when it is ready. Moreover, when I got into the car, it was plain to see they had not reviewed the problem as it clearly remained! This is i... view morencompetence in the extreme or they must think customers are idiots who will not notice the obvious.
It doesn`t really matter what the service issue, they are sure to either not repair it or even worse, create some additional problem. If they do not stand behind their work, at the very least, they should not be expected to receive payment for it and if payment is received, they should provide a refund if they are unable to resolve the issue. Management is very young and inexperienced and do not return phone calls to complain so don`t waste your time. The best solution is to avoid the place altogether and hope they close.

Terrible Auto Dealer
This auto dealer is absolutely the worst new/used auto dealer I have ever visited. I bought a dodge pickup truck from them and immediately encountered problems with them not being upfront about the vehicles past. They sold me the truck saying that it had never been in an accident and I later discoved that it had been and had suffered a bent frame.
They were also not truthful about the financing terms and after... view more signing the paperwork I soon began to realize they would lie and say anything to sell me the vehicle.
As a final insult my used dodge truck came with only one key and they promised to have another one made, which never happened. At that point I was so disgusted in dealing with them that I decided not to pursue having them make a key and pay for it.
Dealing with them has honestly made me extremely cautious about ever going to an auto dealer again.
