Atlantic Tire saved my Honda

I hit acurb very hard in early February and my car was in another shop for a month. When I got it back, it ran rough but the shop said they had fixed it as best as it could be. After two months of rough riding, I took it to Atlantic. They discovered the car had not been fixed, fixed it in three days and it runs great again! They checked with me the entire process and made sure I knew what was going on. They work... view moreed closely with the insurance company to help them pursue the shop that was paid for work they did not do. They were super nice and the shop is spotless. Atlantic Tire is the best!

Great SErvice & Friendly Staff

I recently brought my car in for an oil change. The people behind the counter were just as friendly as they could be, and they seemed to genuinely care about my business. They also got me in and out quickly, which is key for a busy mom on the go :)

Friendly and very accommodating

The air pressure on one of my tires was almost flat. Although I purchased my tires at another place, I came here because it was closest to my place after I moved from another city. They immediately checked my car and evened all my tires for free and even cleaned my car! I was amazed with the quickness and the kindness of service that I just had to write a review. I`d definitely recommend!

AWESOME REPAIR SHOP

AWESOME SREVICE. THEY FIXED MY VERY ANOYING CHECK ENGINE LIGHT THAT WAS
ON SO I COULD PASS MY STATE INSPECTION. THEY HAD ME IN AND OUT IN THE SAME DAY
AND MY CAR HAS NEVER RAN BETTER. THEY ALSO PUT FOUR NEW TIRES ON FOR ME
AND THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. THAT WAS MY FIRST VISIT AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE A
RETURN CUSTOMER. VERY IMP[RESSED BY THE STAFF AS WELL.

Poor Workmanship, not honest

This operation is actively deceitful about informing customers of the cost of their services before doing the work.

The group actively tries to sell services on the customer that the customer does not need.

Months later I am still regretting taking my car to that shop because of the problems created.

I have to get the problems fixed somewhere else.

Great customer service

I have been taking my car to this shop since the day it opened. I enjoy that the employees remember me and do what is necessary to make my experience a very positive one.

They will take me to work and pick me up when the work is completed and happily answer any questions I may have. If you buy tires from them all subsequent rotation and balancing are free. Also it was reccomended that Nitrogen is a better r... view moreide in my tires, whic is suprisingly true and they also suppl;y this for no cost.

I live in Wake Forest so it is not an easy effort to get my cars there but I would not trust any one else to repair my vehicles.

Atlantic Tire Still The Best---especially for women

I have been a customer of Atlantic Tire on Miami for the 5 years it has been open. The service is professional, they answer questions that a woman can easily understand and not feel intimidated, they are patient, and they are a great team. GREAT SERVICE..GREAT STAFF..GREAT EXPERIENCE

I am very happy with how I was treated at Atlantic Tire!
I had put off fixing my car and it was running poorly when I called. The gentleman on the phone told me that they would be happy to look at my car TODAY and they would take me to work! Later on that day I was told what was wrong with my car and that it could be fixed that day. Not only that ...they would pick me up from work. Poor workmanship

1. Atlantic Tire installed a K&N air filter in my car late 2006. 2. Around Early 2009 I had them clean my fuil injectors where they would have had to disconect my air filter. 3. Dec 2009. My car started acting funny so I checked under the hood and the air filter had become disconnected from the tube that runs into engine block. 4. If this was installed correctly it should not have come off. I alos noticed the clam... view moreps holding certain section of the air tube together were not tight including where it attaches to engine. 5. I brought my car in and requested that they put the air filter back on and tighten all the clamps. I also requested they clean my injectors at no cost since I paid for this previously and most likely they would be dirty again since the filter came off. 6. The manager agreed to do this. 7. When I got home I checked the filter. The spot where it had come off had been connected and the clamp was tight. The other 3 clamps that hold the sections together were lose. This makes me think they didn`t even clean the injectors and even if they did they did not tighten clamps. 8. I called and spoke to the manager and all he said was that the mechanic said he tightened them. I informed him I could see one clamp being faulty but not 3. I tightened them myself and drove around. All still tight, pretty much proving they didn`t tough these clamps. 9. During this entire process there was no apology for inconvenience. I don`t consider this good business at all. You can make up your own mind. They are fine when no problems happen but a true test of a good company is how they correct a mistake they made and my experience is they don`t do a good job of this at least at the Morrisville location. .
