Simply Awesome! A++ Service & Customer Service

I had been without A/C for 2 summers and almost went without service a 3rd summer BECAUSE another place I had taken the car to the 1st summer it went out told me it would cost $403 to fix (AAA Car Care Center) and I simply didn`t have money like that to spend on a 1994 Toyota Corolla. They even took me home and picked me up when it was ready! Customer service there is over-the-top! Here`s some extra information: Webster`s has hired 2 mechanics and now offer all mechanical services (except transmission service). Bottom line: This is a company that I highly recommend and will use again in the future.

BEWARE

Buyer Beware!!! This business is incompetent. A compressor was replaced twice on my Mercedes Benz. I later discovered it would have been less expensive for the dealership to have done the same work and it would have been fixed correctly! The compressor repair gave me ac for 1 year. The next summer, the same repair was made under the warranty (I had to pay for the labor)! Great Service

We took our 1999 Chevy Tahoe to Webster Radiator in Concord because our radiator was leaking. They replaced our radiator, serpentine belt, thermostat, new hoses, clips, and more, and flushed it. Great work, excellent service

These guys did a couple of things to really put me at ease before repairing my Jaguar. They took the time to explain in detail what they needed to do to repair it and they made sure I had a ride home. They also worked with me and were more than reasonable about letting me make payments to them instead of paying everything up front. Awesome!!!

I had an awesome experience with these guys. They took me right in, were friendsly, and very helpful. They got my car done the same day and even got me a ride home so I didnt have to wait around for it. I checked prices around town and they were the best! Less then half of what the dealer wanted!!!

I would recommend to anyone!!!

LIARS - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Webster: ""This thing is completely rusted out, we need to re-core."" Me: How much is that? Webster: ""$175"" I had an old tractor radiator that was leaking. I took it to Webster and got a call shortly after I dropped it off that the entire radiator was rusted out and completely useless. I told them I wanted to come look at it before I paid them to fix it. They charged me $20 to clean it, which they did... view more a good job cleaning it. But I picked it up and called around to find another place to fix it. I called 5 radiator shops to find out how much it was to re-core a radiator. They said it was $300-500. I told them about Webster`s deal and they advised that I be careful. It is apparently not even possible to get the materials(copper) for less than $200-300 for the shops. A couple of the shops had experience repairing Webster`s work for people. I found Hovis Radiator in Charlotte. I dropped the radiator off as they were closing on a Monday night, by 10am Tuesday they called back and said they could fix it for $75. They were finished by 2pm Tuesday. I picked it up and put it back on the tractor. It has been performing ever since. In my experience and opinion...find someone other than Webster.

RUN, RUN, RUN!!!

This place is terrible!

They are cheap however so is there work.

Rip you off and make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

If you don`t believe me then ask your friends, family, and any local. (I WISH I DID!)

THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT 1 STAR IS I HAVE NO CHOICE.
