USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

There are few businesses I`ve encountered that I would never do business with them again, but Griffin Brothers(University Location) certainly earned this designation! I don`t know which was worse, their poor workmanship or their total lack of responsibility and accountability. Do not be fooled by the good customer service facade given by the front desk staff.

When my timing cover was removed it was broken and... view more fractured. The broken clips and shards of plastic were left inside of the engine compartment. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk CSR (Ester), she actually said to me ""it would be fine"". No apology, no empathy, all while keeping a straight face, REALLY!!!

I asked to speak with the service manager and I was told he was unavailable. I declined any other service at that point from Griffin Brothers. They did not put my vehicle back together and I had to request the nuts and bolts from the front desk which were removed from my timing cover! Finally, I had my vehicle towed to a different garage, as I felt the lack of professionalism had become egregious.

Poor customer service, very SLOW

I came here before work to get my AC checked out.The guys there were very friendly and welcoming and told me they could have me out by 2:00 (I came in at around 12:15). Needless to say they weren`t ready and it had already turned to 2:10. A couple of the mechanics were standing around chit chatting while my car was left unattended.I was extremely dissatisfied with the service.I had to ask them on several occasions if... view more my car was ready. They knew I had to be at work and if they were not going to be able to get me out in time they should have set that expectation. Oh by the way, NOTHING was fixed. It took them two hrs to tell me it was a compressor issue and that they would EMAIL a quote of how much it would cost. Also, don`t let the charm and playfulness of one of the associates there fool u. They do that to sucker you in and make you think they`re top notch.The associate played with a paper airplane for ten minutes.Those ten minutes could have went to fixing my car. Very unprofessional and VERY, very slow. I was late for work and NEVER received the quote by email.
