I have been dealing with Firehouse Auto Care & Tire for my personal vehicles as well as my commercial fleet. I have found all the guys at Firehouse to be helpful. They are professional with the way they handle themselves and I would suggest anyone with a auto problem to contact them. The owner is one of the most honest people you will ever meet. How great and rare is it to have a qualified and honest auto mechani... view morec to work on your vehicle.

Excellent Service. It is hard to trust anyone that works on your car especially if you are not sure what is wrong with it. David and the guys at Firehouse have always been honest and take the time to explain anything that needs to be done..Recommend anyone using them for all your auto repairs

Firehouse is the one place to go to get honest and professional service. Dave and his team have been taking care of our fleet for over 5 years and all of my personal vehicles. He is prompt with the work, accurate on the quotes and always explains the options for repair short term and long term. His prices are very competitive and above all we trust him. Hard to find in the service business anymore. I have recomm... view moreended him to all of my friends and associates as I know he puts his name on every job turned out of his shop.

Very disappointing.. I asked them to service my manual transmission.. which is basically an oil change. The case takes 3.5 qts per the service manual. They removed the Fill plug... Sucked the oil out and only put in 1.8 qts to fill the case. I got the car back and asked why they didn`t remove the Drain plug and remove all the old oil and more importantly, why not remove the metal debris from the drain plug magnet. We all wonder when we drop our...
We all wonder when we drop our cars off for service if the work requested is actually performed? Recently I droped my car off for an oil change, fuel filter replacement and tire rotation. As in the past I always provide the oil/filter and fuel filter. On this occasion I had marked each tire with chalk numerically one thru four. After payment was rendered I inspected each tire only to find the tire locations had not... view more changed. I went back in to question if in fact the tires were rotated which I was assured they had. While I was not at the shop to witness if the work was or was not performed I find it difficult to comprehend how the tires could have been rotated as the numerical sequence had not changed. In addition, as each rim had a degree of brake dust upon them there was no evidence the lug nuts or rims had been handledm. When I returned to my car I inspected to see if the oil had been changed as well as the fuel filter. As the vehicle is a diesel assuming the car was road tested it is difficult to tell if the oil had been chaged as it will discolor quickly. As I did not mark the filter I could not tell if the filter was in fact changed. As I was preparing to leave the employee who I had paid who was parked beside me exited at which time I asked "Are you sure the tires were rotated" his reaction was "If you don`t trust us take your business elsewhere". Given today`s economic times trust within the business community should be paramount and here is some of what a customer should expect of the businesses they patronize Listen to customer needs and feedback. . Offer high-quality products or services. . Place customers ahead of profits. . Have ethical business practices. . Take responsible actions to address an issue. . Have transparent and open business practices. No, I will not return to Firehouse. I feel that while I can`t 100% prove my tires were not rotated I feel there is substantial evidence to indicate the work was not performed.

GREAT AND HONEST STAFF!!! I took my car to the dealership for a simple oil change. The dealership told me that I needed over $2000 worth of repairs done to my car when my car only had 80,000 miles on it. I wanted a second opinion, and my friend recommended me to Firehouse. Dave and Chris were EXTREMELY helpful and honest with me. After they looked at the same things that the dealership looked at, they determined that... view more most of the stuff the dealership said I needed did not need to be replaced. They explained everything to me in "simple terms" and got me out for less than $500!! These guys are great and they have earned my business forever with their honesty and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Horrible Service
I have been using Firehouse for my automotive maintenance and repair needs for the last year or so due to their proximity to my workplace. When it became evident that my brake pads were in need of replacement, I took my vehicle to Firehouse. My brake pads and rotors were replaced (neither of which was unexpected) and I was called to pick my car up at lunch. I noticed immediately upon leaving the shop that my new b... view morerake pads made a loud `squeaking` noise each time they were applied. I have heard of this happening with new brake pads so I decided to drive the car for a few weeks to allow the pads to `break in` before taking it back to the shop. After two months of constant squeaking, I took the car back to Firehouse so that the new pads could be checked. I dropped the car off just before 8AM and was called within an hour and informed that my car was ready to be picked up. I was told that something had been `bumped` when my wheels were put back on after the replacement of the brake pads and that an adjustment had been made to remedy the squeaking. I picked the car up during lunch and, to my surprise, my brakes began squeaking within one mile of the shop. I took the car back the next day and informed the staff that my brakes were still squeaking. I again received a call within an hour stating that the noise was actually coming from my rear brake drums and that I would need to pay an additional $115 (after already paying $310 two months prior) to have the drums machined to remedy the noise. I explained that I could clearly hear the noise from the front of my car and that it would be a great coincidence that my rear brakes began squeaking on the exact day that my front pads were replaced. The technician assured me that this was indeed the issue and that this would end the noise. I received a call an hour later stating that my car was ready to pick up. Again, when I picked the car up, the brakes were squeaking (still from the front) within a mile of the shop. I called Firehouse immediately upon returning to my desk and was told that I should come in a take a drive with them so that they ?ˆ?could hear the same thing that I was hearing.?ˆ™ I have now been hearing the same noise for over two months and have been scammed out of $115! I will now spend more money to find a shop that will take the time to accurately diagnose the source of this noise and correct the mistakes of Firehouse.
