The WORST people in town

DO NOT GO TO THEM. THEY ARE NOT REAL MICHANICS. These people are total rip offs. They really don`t know what they are doing. The owner acts clueless on almost everthing. I`m the stupid one for going back to these guys thinking they just had a bad day. They are experts in F-ing up your car, then say they can`t fix it. but charge you for work that was not needed. They are red-neck idiots with 0 knowledge o... view moref foriegn cars, exspecially BMW`s. They need to be shut down. The best thing about this shop is the dog, and he looks pissed off at his owner.

This place doesn`t fix cars, they scam their customers!

I went to the Wagenhaus to fix my idol issues (wont hold idol), heater issue and car kept stalling. I was told it would cost $300 to fix all issues and when I picked my car up they said all issues have been fixed. I had to go back for my car after hours to pick it up and as soon as I drove it, nothing really had been fixed. I still had no heat, my idol was still not right, however, it did not stall. I brought it ... view moreback and said it was not fixed that I am still having the same problems. 5 days later they finally said my car was ready and all issue are resolved but I owe an additional $80. I said I am not going to pay twice for the same problem, they told me they did something different and drove my car 18 miles to make sure it would idol properly when they stop at a light.......I can see driving it 2 or 3 miles but 18 miles????? Not to mention, after getting my car the second time, I still have no heat, my idol is still not right nor will it hold an idol. This is the worst place I have ever been to and by far the biggest rip-off and scam. The only reason why this place got one star is because you are required to pick at least one, if I could rate this place it would be a negative five.

Wish I Had Gone Elsewhere

I went to Wagenhaus for an issue with my clutch. I ended up having the clutch replaced. While I felt they had the technical skill, they still failed to install the clutch properly. This is mainly due to the fact that they didn`t bother to read the install sheet that came with the clutch kit. Therefore, I was forced to return the car so they could adjust the clutch properly. However, even though I scheduled an appoint... view morement a week in advance, when I got there I was told I would just have to leave my car and they would try to get around to it in the next couple of days. I find it fully unacceptable that I had already paid for this to be done, it wasn`t done properly, and instead of trying to correct their mistake, I was being dumped on a back burner. Apparently, taking 30 minutes or less to fix the issue they created in the first place is just asking too much.

I will never go back there. Nor will I ever be able to recommend them to anyone knowing what I know now.

Hope this helps. If anything, at least you can avoid the feeling of being ripped off that I got from Wagenhaus.
