Only reason they get one star is because the system does not allow no stars.
Do not buy from or bring your vehicle to Nissan of Lake Norman for service. My first experience after buying my vehicle there was a 5 week diagnosis for a heater issue. They wanted to replace every part in the heater system because they did not know how to properly diagnose it. Every phone call about the status of my vehicle was a new ... view moreand creative story. One year after the repair was completed the same issue started again and once more they wanted to start replacing every part in the system because they don`t know how to diagnose the problem. Tried speaking with the GM and also the Business Development Manager about the issue. All of my phone messages and emails went unanswered. Now it`s up to Nissan Consumer Affairs to sort out. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

Get an outside mechanic to check it over before buying.
Bought a used Nissan from Modern, which supposedly made it through their rigorous inspection with excellent marks. Turned out to have an engine knock which was much more noticeable in the mornings. Verified with an independent mechanic. After much run around from service, used car manager and GM I was offered a swap except they didn`t have an exact one to exchange for. Had to buy up in order to get out of the situati... view moreon. Their attitude the whole way through is I ought to be grateful they were even willing to exchange the car. Wish I would have gone through the Better Business Bureau to arbitrate this.
