I write this with mixed emotio...

I write this with mixed emotions...frustrated and unsure if initial repairs were erroneous (and expensive), but satisfied that LKN Hyundai finally fixed my repeat problem. I won`t share financial details, but they made sure to keep me as a customer in this competitive economy. Customer discretionary $`s are thin these days, but they kept my confidence. Kudos to Morris and his staff!

I give this place 5 stars for their service! They were incredibly speedy and efficent with my car. They took very good care of me and I didn`t feel like I was getting overcharged for anything. I will take my car back here again in the future.

There are dealerships that have lost my business because of the way they treat me. Lake Norman Hyundai is great. They are respectful and don`t treat me like a "dumb girl". We have purchased several other vehicles from extreme and we love our sales person.
