I came in on 9-5-13 to have my brakes looked at due to the grinding sound they were making. Came in for an oil change and as always they rotated my tires, they plugged one cause it had a nail in it. But with in the hour after I left the tire was going flat. So I called back and they told me to come back. When I came back they plugged it again and made sure everything was okay. And they are always polite and helpful in the service department. I`ve had my car since October 2012. I`ve received oil changes at a very good price. Reggie, the salesperson, was very informative and pleasant. All of the staff greeted me. One major incident happened earlier this year with my car cutting off in traffic. After thirty minutes or less, it would start back. I am seeing all these negative reviews and I just want to say that my experience here was very positive. Everyone there seemed to be very nice and they wanted to help as much as possible. I got a car that day and drove away that`s what really mattered to me.
