***DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE*** We purchased low profiles less than 3 mos ago, with warranty. My husband is a mechanic who would never purchase two, $327 tired without a warranty! My husband was referred by a fellow (now ex) employee at his work, Chris, who also used to work at this place. He was told to speak to Jimmy, that he would give us a "deal." Our tire began to lose air. On the highway it blew from the ... view moreinside of the tire. My husband went back to exchange for a NON defective tire - the man in white (manager or owner?) recognized our purchase in the computer, but said he needed to see the receipt for the warranty. My husband said he was not told he needed that, it was all in the computer. My husband went back another day because he wanted to speak to Jimmy, he was not there that day - hoping he would remember the "deal," however, we paid big money for. No help again. I have two young children in car-seats riding on a donut. I drove there another day, put the tire on the counter, showed the blow - Jimmy was there and said he would help me. He brought the hard-copy file in which a contract showed "Warranty" labeled as $30, then showed a copy of our receipt with that same $30 exactly, but labeled "Freight Charge". I mentioned how funny that looked, how my husband was sure he purchased the warranty, and asked what the freight charge usually costs, considering they were the SAME prices on our contracts?! He said it is different for everyone - snatched my tire up, and threw it outside. The man in white told me to leave, that he would call the police because I warned other customers walking in, not to buy tires there. I am a woman, who was pushed out the door by a big man. Very rude, poor, unprofessional customer service. THEY SCAMMED US!!! I sat in my car and called the police, who gave wonderful advice how to follow up with these con-artists. They said I can practice my freedom of speech on the sidewalk to warn other innocent victims, bring our defective tire to another tire place to diagnose it "defective", which obviously less than 3 mos driving is poor quality (warranty or not) - and speak to our lawyer, which we have. We are following through with everything, and WILL NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I will post an update. I am also following up with the Better Business Bureau. CUTOMERS BE WARNED!!
