the worst service i`ve ever had

I drive a Nissan Sentra. After discovering I needed a head gasket, I went shopping--different shops, different mechanics, different prices...etc.

Midas seemed to have the: nicest staff, most knowledge about the problem, etc.

I talked with Lee, the GM. He was very helpful and friendly.

I was going to Charleston for the weekend so, it made sense to drop it off on Friday (it was promised to be ret... view moreurned no later than monday morning). Monday morning came and went--b efore I knew it it was Wednesday afternoon before they even returned my call.

I had to take a taxi to work monday-wednesday...they never even offered to set me up with a rental car.

They ran my card for over a thousand dollars.

They watched my drive off the lot.

A few days later my check engine light came on-I had to attend a funeral.

Lee and his ""A+ mechanics"" refused to see my car. I had to call corporate Midas and have THEM resolve my car issue.

These people are ridiculous. If you should decide to go to them for anything other than an over-priced car visit....make sure you prepare yourself to deal with the worlds largest a-holes.
