Rude and acceptable

Very Rude folks... talked down to me... Not the kinda of place I would like to spend money. Money is too hard to come by and to have someone who is rude is unacceptable.

Cause for Concern

Do not dare question the owner about why his work does not hold up. He`ll talk to you condescendingly until you give up. He didn`t even bother to offer to fix the work that he messed up in the first place!

I finally had to take my car to another body shop to get the work they messed up corrected.

Worst Customer Service I`ve Ever Seen!!!!

Awful people to deal with. Henry is a bully and an extremely pushy man. I was telling him about the problems I had with the insurance company I was dealing with & that I had no clue if they would pay for extra damage that wasnt able to be apraised just by looking at it. He told me that I shouldn`t expect them to answer my questions and further, that I was wasting the insurance companys time. Seriously? Thats their jo... view moreb! Plus, he takes is as a personal offense if you dont ""trust him"" after meeting him 1 minute prior. And when I say ""trust him"" I mean if you simply ask a question about the process of getting work done to your car. I can tell he is someone who lets his pride sit on his shoulder at all times and lets it govern his whole personality. No wonder their business is completely dead. Needless to say I followed the crowd and left!!!

Horrible Customer Service

I took my car to AutoShape to have them replace a dented door. My father has used them for 25+ years. They were to move the parts from my old door to the new door.

After driving the car TWICE, the power windows and locks stopped working. They did check it and said the parts hadn`t stayed in the correct place, but there was nothing they could do to fix it.

When I called back the next day to ask what I (... view morenot them, but me, myself) could possibly do to start troubleshooting the issue, the owner, rudely cut me off mid-sentence to tell me that he was tired of dealing with the issue, and that I had ""tampered"" with the door.

Why would I sabatoge my own door?!?!

I guess that`s the type of customer service and respect that`s due to somebody whose family has used your business for the past 2 and 1/2 decades.

Due to some bad luck I have had to use Auto Shape on 3 seperate occasions. The work and customer Service could not be any better. Debbie and Henry do a fantastic job. Highly quality work.

Friendly, great job

I had a really awesome experience with this body shop. Not only were the owners (a husband and wife) just incredibly nice, but they got my car looking absolutely new in 3 days (they replaced the front and rear bumper covers, and smoothed out a fold in the siding) because they knew I was in a rush, even though they said it would probably take longer. They had to match paint for my particular shade which isn`t made by... view more Honda anymore and it looks perfect. They even cleaned my car because they knew I was trying to sell it! They listened to what I needed done and gave me a very fair price and were willing to work with me. I am moving out of state and won`t need a car but if I ever live here again and have problems with my car I will definitely go back to them.

Great owner and business

I must say, it was a pleasure. Thank you!!! The owner took care of me. He is such a great and honest person. My honda civic was repaired quickly with QUALITY workmanship. The owner and is people set very high standards. If you value great customer service and an eye for detail, you can trust Auto Shape. They even vacuumed my car!!!! I will definitely go back if I need something!!!

Fantastic!!

I have used Auto Shape twice for my car over the last few years, as well as for my mother`s car & roomate`s.
I would recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair. Whether you are using them through your Insurance or just out of pocket, they will work with you to make sure the work is done to the highest quality at the best price.
