A pleasure

I recently bought a car here, and I would say the buying experience was actually a pleasure. Keith and Prince were very nice and allowed me to test drive several cars and took their time to explain all the details and features. There was no pressure to buy, and their price was also great, so haggling was pretty much unneccessary. They didn`t have the color I wanted in stock, so they were able to get one in from anoth... view moreer dealership in just 2 days. They also called me to keep me updated on where the car was. I`m really happy with my new car. I felt these guys deserve some positive comments. Most of the negative reviews here seem related to the service department. I can`t comment on that side yet since my car still only has 300miles on it. But for the buying experience I would give them a solid 5 stars.

been treated like royalty

I am a new customer to this dealership recently moved here. In my last two experiences here I have been treated like royalty. I cannot identify with the negative reviews I have read here and frankly don`t understand how any dealership could stay in business very long if they were so poor. Volkswagen would not tolerate it. I would be happy to give this dealer an excellent testimonial. I had a check engine light and va... view morerious electrical bugaboos that were butchered by an independent shop (you live & learn) while trying to ""save money"". Although it took an extra day than what I had anticipated, I`m happy they took extra time to fix it right. The service manager saved me time and money and treated me professionally throughout.

so courteous and helpful

Keith Hutchins was so courteous and helpful with the purchase of my new Beetle. It was my dream car and although I had some credit issues, Keith worked hard to get me in my dream car. I would highly recomend this dealership to anybody! These people rock! I`ve never been treated so respectfully at a car dealership. It was the best car buying experience I`ve ever had.

has some awesome people

Southern States has some awesome people there. All of there Techs are seasoned and definitely know what they are doing. The service manager is a nice guy and helped me with two recalls I had on my 07 Jetta. The car is great and is by far the most fun to drive car I have ever owned!.. When I bought they were patient with me as I tried to figure out actually how to go about buying a new car. I was impressed by the know... view moreledge I was given. A salesperson at another dealer must have been new but he didn`t really answer any of my questions. I would definitely suggest checking these guys out if you are at all interested in buying a new or even used Volkswagen. services aren`t cheap but I knew that buying a German made car.
