Unhelpful, unprofessional, unknowledgeable

Had a lift installed here. During all conversations before, during, & after, the staff seem to be unwilling to help, unknowledgeable, inconvenienced! During multiple conversations stated work was going to be completed in one way, installed a completely different way - Incorrectly! They do not offer options/suggestions as you would expect a knowledgable 4x4 shop to do, more so, I don`t know what to do but if you t... view morehe customer can do all the leg work & tell us what to do, well then maybe we can do it, & even then not do what they stated they were going to do! Very disappointed!!!
