Capital Ford is a pleasure to work with. They don`t harass and recommended me the Ford Escape. I absolutely love it!

Never Fixed My Car and Had it for Two Weeks!
I brought my car in, which was under warranty for a squeeking noise in the front suspension. This was the second time the car was in at a Ford dealership and I told them when I brought it in, keep it until you fix it. They called me two weeks later and told me they fixed it, saying it was the airbox which was off a little causing the rubbing/squeeking. I found this a little odd because this sound was not coming anyw... view morehere near that. I got the car back and it was if anything squeeking worse than before!

sad sales
Upon looking for a used truck for business use, Capital Ford was able to find a truck to fit our needs. We were told that the vehicle went through a riggorous inspection to make sure it is top quality. Upon pre-purchase inspection there were several lights not working and a request for a bedliner. Lights were not able to be fixed due to it being a chevy truck and they deal with ford (after sale) Also the first us... view moree of truck the whole console of guages stopped working. When Capital was notified only a few days after purchase we were told it was purchased ""as is"". what happened to the pre-sell inspection?? we depended on that. They did suggest to put it on their diagnostics to find the issue at a $65.00 fee and would not take care of any repairs. We decided to go to Jeff Gordon Chev. Their service department researched the issue and found that the part was still under warrenty due to a recall. If Capital would have took the time just to look at what they sold....They would have seen that it was manufacturer issue with the vehicle. So sorry guys. We will not refer!!!!!!
