The owner was supposed to come to my trailer at 9am on a Thursday. By 10:30, he hadn`t shown up so I took my van to him. Giving him that 2nd chance was my fault, everything else was just so atrocious I couldn`t believe it... He put a young kid on the job. I needed a trailer brake box installed in my van and the van wired for a 7 wire trailer connector to replace the four pin that came with the van. It took the... view morem three hours to run four wires and connect the new trailer connector. When I pulled out of their lot, I noticed my dashboard gauges weren`t working. I immediately returned, they swore that nothing they did could have caused this. They said it twice, then finally looked at it and found that the kid who wired it had plugged the trailer brake box into the wrong area. They fixed it and I was on my way, my wallet much, much lighter. The next day I went to hook up to my trailer to find out that the the brake box wasn`t getting any power. I looked at the wiring job he`d done and then at the installation manual, which was very straight forward, and realized he had all of the wires mixed up. Then I looked at the trailer connector and realized he`d actually cut one of the wires (for the backup lights). I called them up and the kid who wired it said to bring it in and they`d look at it. I agreed but then thought about it awhile...this was going to be a van I would be towing a 7000lb trailer with, my two babies and 11 year old, my entire family in the van...I didn`t want to risk working with them anymore, my cargo was too important. I called back and the owner answered. He immediately denied that anything was wrong. He said the backup lights wire was cut because my van wasn`t wired for it. I have since tested that myself, rewiring it personally, and confirm that it does work. He also stated that the trailer brake box was installed correctly, which looking at the manual that came with the box I can clearly see it wasn`t. He lied to me, and they didn`t do the work they charged me for. To top it all off, when I told him to stop being so rude on the phone (he was being very, very short with me, acting like I was a complete idiot for even questioning their work), he blew up and the conversation ended with him telling me to come fight him at his shop. Ridiculous, avoid at all costs, don`t even get wrapped up in these people`s affairs, you`ll only regret it.

This place is great! Great Guys and Great Prices. Plus they know there Stuff! Hopefully I dont have to but if I have any problems with my Car or Camper im goiming here No question about that!
