ONLY THE BEST

THIS IS MY FIFTH TOYOTA! My service has always been outstanding. Randall is always on the money when it comes to making sure I understand what needs to be done and why. I am not a ""Car Girl"" so I get the what every sister needs to know.

Outstanding experience with Jorge on the service drive!

When I pulled into the service drive yesterday with no appointment, from out of town, 1st visit, I was met by Jorge who met me on the drive. I thought I had several dashboard lights that were lit, signaling that I had a problem somewhere on my car. Jorge stopped what he was doing right then and there, and reveiwed my dashboard system with me, showed me things I never knew I had on my car, (like automatic headlights... view more) and made me feel as though I was taking delivery of a new car! Friendly Service

Took my Camry in for a clunking sound in the trunk. The diagnostician who called after they`d examined the car was thorough in explaining what they thought the problem was and why they were recommending certain repairs. Also said he would try to get me a discount on certain items. When I picked the car up, super-friendly service. Love my Tundra!!!

I found the car I wanted on their website and emailed their internet team about specifics. They responded to my email right away with a personal response not some automatic reply and we agreed on price before I ever drove to Greensboro. I live a few hours away and wasn`t planning on making a trip to a dealership until price was agreed upon. I visited Rice Toyota in Greensboro, NC to purchase a new auto. The salesman was very nice. I looked at a used car and he sa... view moreid, ""A secret between you and me. I ain`t gone sell that one to nobody but a Mexican or maybe a colored. It is a piece of junk.. Ha ha ha.""

Then, I go inside the store and hear a group of salesmen in an office talking about a pending deal. Salesman #1 said, ""Sh**, he ain`t trading nothing but a junk pile. What the f--- he think we are...stupid asses? I hate sh** like this."" Salesman #2 ""Well, you got make him a Jesus promise and then stab him in the back?"" Saleman #1 ""I gone stab him in the back like a soldier stabbing one of them Iraq motherfuc----!"" All the salesmen in the office just laughed and laughed.

So I call and leave numerous messsages in the office for the manager and owner but never get a call back. Another man who was nearby heard it and said he was never coming back to this dealership.
