Stay away,Stay very far away.I bought 4 Discoverer P251/70R16 Discoverer A/T3 at Tip Top Tire also know as Wilder Auto PO BOX 4776 White River Junction Vermont O5001.PHONE 802-2952150 The dealership had no information on warranty and told me I would have to go on the Internet. I printed out the warranty book and paperwork to register the tires. I went back to the dealership to have them fill out the forms. The forms ... view moreclearly state Shaded areas must be filled in by seller. I sent the forms to cooper tire. I received a return letter that the number or a portion does not coincide with our system. The people at the dealership are not capable of filling out a REG FORM. The number they put on the form was 029826TSW01 I checked the tires and after the DOT was UPDA1A6 I tried to register the tires on line. The on-line registration would not accept the numbers as valid. At this point I am wondering if these Tires are some Chinese rip-off? I went back to the Tip Top Tire dealership and showed them the letter Coopertire sent me. They said they did not understand why cooper-tire would not register the tires and would contact Coopertire. They never contacted the tire company. If this is not settled 5 business days I will file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. I really don`t understand why cooper tire did not contact Tip Top tire directly since I included a copy of TIP TOP TIRE INVOICE as well copy of VISA credit card receipt which clearly showed the purchase of 4 -Cooper Discoverer P251/70R16 A/T3 I went back to Wilder Auto a 2nd time to have them get me the correct registration nu. Again they gave me the wrong Number. I had to call and ask Cooper tire Co to call the dealership and explain how to fill out the registration form. My 3rd visit the owner was extremely rude, and told me to go to another dealership. Their incompetence is beyond belief.I had to fill out the registration myself which bring into question if my warranty is valid.
