Jumpstart

After calling Precision Towing for a jumpstart I was surprised to see them 30 minutes early than expected. They went above and beyond what was expected and cleaned my battery. Bob was very professional. I would recommend these guys to any one. I couldn`t help but to notice their slogan written on the truck that said, " make the right decision call.... Precision"

Car Problems

I really just can`t say enough about the way John from Precision Towing went above and beyond all expectations of customer service. I`m a single mother and clueless when it comes to car issues. Well one very cold evening this winter I experienced some car problems and just managed to get off the highway before my car broke down. Within 20 minutes of placing a call to Precision Towing they sent the nicest guy n... view moreamed John to help me out! He towed my car to the garage and even gave me some ideas on what the problem might be. Precision Towing was there when I needed them. I would highly reccommend them!

Door Unlock

I locked my keys in my car this past weekend. After calling around to several places I finally got a real live person that answered on the second ring! She told me that the driver would be at my home in 45 minutes...he arrived in less than 20 minutes! He was professional & efficient. I would recommend Precision Towing & Recovery to anyone.
