I love this place. I think Smitty is one of the most honest and Loving and caring people I`ve ever known.. My husband respects his word and his work.. Even though My husband does his own work on the Vehicles .. we go there so they can tell us what they think it wrong.. and if he cant fix it we take it to Smitty ..They have never been wrong about anything so far and we have been going there since it opened. My family & I have been using Smitty`s since they opened. The owner & all the mechanics are wonderful people who will go out of their way to help you. I have never ever had a problem with any of the work they have done on our families 4 vehicles. His prices are the best around and I have nothing bad/negative to say. Only praise. My vehicle is NOT your parts department!

I just wanted to let others know I wasn`t impressed when I brought my vehicle in to these guys for inspection. What they said was at minimum was almost brand new (as compared to the brand new parts I replaced them with) and my transmission and transfer case were both drained almost completely of fluids resulting in damage to my transmission, and both the drain plugs were just about to fall out when I discovered this.... view more Not to mention that one of my caliper brackets was taken and replaced with one that was seized and I could see where the mechanic began to take the other one off, but for some reason it wasn`t. And, to top it all of, whoever did the inspection couldn`t even put the sticker on the windshield right side up. I have sent many people their way for work on their vehicles saying that you were a reputable mechanic but apparantly I was wrong, because I have had complaints from several of those people about similar kinds of issues. If Bryan doesn`t know about what is going on - meaning that parts are being damaged / replaced that are perfectly good - then he should be made aware. I should have known what was going on when it took an hour and a half for a regular state inspection to be completed.
