This is not auto dealer they are total hoods/thieves!!
Everything they say and do is simply not true. They will try and sell you extendd warranties you do not need or even ask for. Morover they will pocket the fees for the warranties and wont acutally give you the coverage. This is the WORST, most dishonest collection of theives. I can not believe that the city of new york allows this place to stay in business. When I called to cancel my ""extended warranty"" they wo... view moreuld not help me and reported I had ""signed my right to cancel"" away which is totally illegal and contrary to the actual warranty contract. They finally simply hung up on me after many attempts to have my 2500.00 ""ploicy"" cancelled. Do not believe any positive postings regarding this company they must have been written by the king pin himself Iggy Giuffre who is clearly the most dihonest car delaership operatijng to ever walk th eearth. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They were sited in 1998 in NJ and pain out 500,000. for fruad charges, fees collected by the attorney general. The only thing missing with this group is Tony Sopprano himself!! total illegal operation

Beyond Horrible Experience
I can honestly say that the people that work here are terrible people. They are all liars. Every single one of them.
Nothing they say is true. Nothing.
Dealt with them for hours and finally nailed down a price and was assured that there were no more fees. We were excited to finally be buying a car.
After waiting another 45 minutes for them to work out the financing we went in to sign the paperwork. They had ... view moreadded $2000 in additional fees to the price. First they claimed it was tax, then it was government fees, then it was something else.
They lied until finally the guy just admitted it was their profit, or ""standard dealer fees"".
I asked the salesman (the boss of the showroom) why he had told me repeatedly that there would be no additional fees.
He lied and said he had never said that, and then claimed that he had nothing to do with the closing of the deals and had no idea that the dealership charged additional fees.
Liars, liars, liars.
