DO NOT go here

This guys are money hungry and rude. They do not listen to you they only tell you what they are gonna do. Bob has a horrible personality. He talks down to customers as if thats the only repair shop. I di nit think they are very knowlegabble or they just try to milk you and keep you coming back

Worst experience ever

Bob is a horrible service man. They did not diagnois my car properly had to return three times for the same problem, they never fixed it. And worst of all they did not want to take ownership for their lack of knowledge. If your car is older than five years do not go there. They will tell you that everything is wrong with it to keep you coming back and spending money

Great shop-honest, affordable and good worksmanship

I am from New York City and going to college in Buffalo I knew I would eventually need to find a mechanic. I was forced to when my car began leaking coolant. I went to Pep Boys to see how serious it was and when they told me my water pump and timing belt needed to be changed I almost fell down when they said it would cost $900 with labor and parts not to mention the parts would have to be ordered. Bison was right dow... view moren the street from my apartment so I called them. They quoted me at about $480 and when all was said and done it came out to $513. They were the best price in the area but don`t be mistaken, their work is top of the line. Bob at Bison called me with updates, he was prompt and professional. I will definitely go back there!
