BEWARE!!!!!!! TAKE WARNING SERIOUSLY !!!!

Do not trust the *Fake nice persona these so called auto professionals display, its all a scheme to get you in the door and once you do it is lie after lie and dollar after dollar. I called in before taking my Cadillac and told them I needed new spark plugs a.k.a TUNE UP, and also a nice rental vehicle for the time that they had my car. Curtis said oh not to worry all of our rentals are 2008 or newer, so I went in wi... view morethout hesitation, I dropped my Cadillac off and to my dismay they in return give me a 1994 FORD TARUS with 114,000 miles on it, that was a hoopty ville to say the least charging me 32.98 a day and telling me that was the 1/2 off price since I was having my vehicle maintenanced by them, so it would have been 67.00 a day for a 94 Tarus. Right there I began to feel uncomfortable and scammed right away. I go home and 2 hrs later they call me and tell me that I need a whole new engine because Coolant was leaking into the oil and had ruined the engine. I was a wreck to hear this. I decided to take it to the dealership after doing research on this small no name company that has only bad reviews. When I returned the rental car after only 4 hrs and told them I wanted a second opinion and was going to Davidson the owner bad mouthed the dealership and tried to convince me that they were money sharks and would do me wrong when I already knew it was GWIZZ that does that to people. I went to Davidson and they gave me a brand new 2011 Impala for 28.00 a day!!!!!!! They called me within a couple hours after doing a diagnostic and tell me I needed a new thermostat, and a couple other things, not a new engine!!!!!! There were no traces of coolant in my engine at all , it was condensation!!! GWIZZ was going to take total advantage of me and the cost would have been detrimental as I dont know anyone that can shell out 5,500 dollars for an engine, and especially when you do not even need one!!! Davidson is great, pay the extra dollar and feel confident in the services you will receive. Davidson even fixed my turn signal, gave me a discount on the rental, and fixed a window fuse for free. DO not trust the guys at GWIZZ, if you go here, you are doomed. Dont even let them look at your car, they will do something to it to ensure you have to come back, I am writing this because I am a normal girl that works hard just like everyone else and I do not want someone else taken advantage of by these low class UN educated mechanics. I know its a recession, but if you go here, you will end up losing a car and paying more than if you just go to the dealership!!!!! You get what you pay for. I will warn everyone, IF I could stand out front with warning signs I would!!!!! they make us give at least a star to post a review, otherwise this business would be in the negative as far as stars go!!!!

Horrible!

Back in November I took my 2006 Ford Explorer to them for a simple driver side rear axle seal leak. The next day I picked it up after they charged me $315.00 for the ""fix."" Little did I know they completely messed up my 4 wheel drive system. The 4x4 malfunction light was on, ABS light and ESB light. My car was sputtering when I left the parking lot so I called them complaining about the problem and they said they w... view moreere unaware of what they did and wanted to charge me a $59.00 diagnostic fee to find out what THEY messed up. I said no and took it to Dealmaker Ford where they concluded that G-Wizz Auto broke the tone rings on both rear wheels. G-Wizz refuses to admit to the fact that they were the cause of the problem and didn`t refund any of my money nor reimburse me for the new fix. DO NOT GO THERE! They are all young mechanics with little to no experience and are looking for a quick buck!!
