They Are FANTASTIC

I personally think City World Ford is great in all aspects, their prices were great their inventory was on point and the customer service was hands down marvelous. I have no complaints as far as when it comes to their services. I just purchased a vehicle there 4 days ago and it was the best experience ever. The employees are nice and friendly as well as management. They took there time with me. definitely worth the visit

I can`t understand all the negative feedback. I purchased a 2008 explorer and it was one of the best experiences ever. I was treated with honesty and respect. I understand that the management has changed and they are definitely worth visiting.

The Worse Car Buying Experience Ever

This is the wost place ever to purchase a vehicle. City World Ford in the Bronx is horrible. The people are rude and they basically robbed me. I traded in a vehicle which was practically new and only wanted a new vehicle because I needed more car space as I recently had a baby. The financing on my vehicle fell through b.c the finance manager (Freddie) doesn`t know what he`s doing apparently... I had the car for ... view morealmost three months then I call them because I didn`t receive a bank statement yet they tell me theyre working on it. Additionally, the car that I got from them was terrible.. It had electrical shortages and they wouldnt repair it.. so I really wanted my trade in back. They call me finally and tell me I have to return my vehicle and they wont give me back my car because they already sold it. So then I am left without a car. They come onto private property and basically steal the car from me as they towed it away back to their lot and when I call them they refuse to give me my personal belongings that are in the car (my 8 month old daughters car seat and stroller) plus they tell me they wont give me my plates back which I need to turn into the dmv since I wont be driving the car. I am so disgusted with these people. Please DO NOT buy anything from them. They will rob you!

DIRTY BUSINESS too DIRTY BUSINESS I had to drive 2 hours. I had to spent 200$ (gas and truck fees). Melany had confirmed price by phone three times . Then I came on a lot.
