We are retired military and have been lucky enough to find this Midas, we know each technician on a first name basis, they have always been trustworthy, fairly priced and beyond helpful. The previous comment was made by a disgruntled ex-employee and has been flagged for violation of the terms of service.

I highly recommend staying awa...

I highly recommend staying away from this place. One of their mechanics broke my oil dipstick while changing the oil. When I went back to have them fix it they said they were not at fault and they would not fix it. They didn`t even make an attempt at getting me pricing for the parts from the dealer to fix it. The manager was quite rude and I left shocked at how horrible the service was. There are several other mechan... view moreics in Watertown that offer better service at cheaper prices. I thought I could trust Midas for something as simple as an oil change, but I guess I was mistaken.

Midas broke my car!!!!!!!!!

They broke my new car oil filter ring and oil leaked for a month. I went to Midas to fix my car but they say all is not leaking and they didn`t do anything wrong. The engine oil keep leaked and I had to pay $80 in dealer serveice to fix the problem. The dealership told me to go to Midas in watertown, NY to reimburse fee because it was clearly Midas mechanic`s mistake. Midas refused to refund money.
