Worst Dealer in America
They are very pushy and make up phony prices to ensure that you attempt to buy car from them. When you return manager says the sales person made a mistake after bicking back and forth with you for hours. Each time they keep stalling until I had to walk out before they finally gave us a decent price. The dealership is dirty and they will do everything they can including lying to sell a car. We were stunned when we f... view moreinally agreed to buy the car the manager told us he perfers dealing with his usually customers who have awful credit but will take whatever price they give them because they can;t get a car loan anywhere else. ( we had outstanding credit) Do yourself a favor keep looking and go somewhere else.

Great Deals
I`ve been using Major Chevrolet for several years. I have no idea what all the fuss is about. I`ve bought three cars from them, and each one has performed. I`ve never paid above Blue Book for the cars I bought here, and they haven`t broken down on me either.

Great Service
I visited Major Chevrolet after I saw their commercial. They advertised an impressive deal, and I went to go take advantage of it. They did try to upsell me, but I imagine that`ll happen anywhere. I stood my ground and got what I wanted. I would go back in the future if I needed to buy another car.

Great Selection
I was in the market for a new car last August. Major Chevrolet was one of several dealerships that I visited, and the one I eventually bought from. I was satisfied with the selection, and the prices seemed fine too. The salesman was a little pushy, but he took our questions seriously. I ended up with a nice Cobalt.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARTS I WOULD!
I went to MAYOR WORLD to buy an HHR panel truck I saw on their website for 9,999.00 I thought, what a great deal, I called them and set up an appointment, then after filling up all their paperwork and believing they were honest and clear with everything, they asked me for 6,000.00 up front, which I had and paid for, then found out they set me up for a loan of 14,000.00 (IN THE END i PAID 30% MORE THAN WHAT THE TRUCK ... view moreWAS REALLY WORK ON BLUEBOOK!!) on top of that!!! they told me I was going to do 324 for 3 years, and came to a surprise they set me up for 4 years!!!! 42 months! after you signing paper work and everything, they don`t care, they yes you all the time, they put you on hold and even hang up on you.
I came to the surprise the truck had a leak and problems with a clunk when driving, took it back to get it serviced, after leaving the truck there overnight, they said they fixed everything, (LEAK WAS NEVER FIXED AND CLUNK CAME BACK AFTER A COUPLE WEEKS) I will rather go somewhere else and and will not recommend this dealer to anyone!! not even my enemies!!!! they are irresponsible, and they will play you like they did with a hard working person like me an you! stay away from this thieves! they got their ways to take your money legally with all of those papers they urge you to sign at the moment you walk in.

Hooray MajorWorld Hooray Me
I went to a few dealerships that denied me because of my credit, I was extremely upset until I my coworker told me that Major World had a wide selection of vehicles, and they were able to approve me. I was skeptical at first because almost all dealerships promise the same deal and then you walk out with NOTHING. I decided to call Major World and i spoke with a young lady named Angie, who was very helpful and convinci... view moreng. I decided to set up an appointment with Robert Brasco. On June 25, 2011 I walked through Major World`s parking lot and was flabbergasted by the wide selection of vehicles they had. Not only did they have beautiful used cars but they had new vehicles as well. I walked out with a Nissan Altima 2008 with 49,294 miles and gave them my 1994 toyota corolla, talk about a STEAL. i recommend this to everyone, even to my grandchildren who aren`t even old enough to buy a car here. If you had a bad experience you should have spoken with another salesperson or manager.

Good luck getting them to fix anything
I went in with a friend who supposedly knew the owner and bought all his TLC cars there. While I was able to get a decent price on a 2006 car, I soon discovered there were lots of things wrong with the car.
Rearview mirror falling off, bad axle, window that went down and wouldn`t go up (I got stuck with an overnight garage bill bc of this and was NOT reimbursed and got rained on driving it to their shop), stuck ga... view mores door, nonfunctioning key remote, bad engine mount... faulty console wiring that drains the battery and requires jump starting if car isn`t used more than 2x/week....
I took it back mutliple times, sometimes twice to get a single issue resolved, and had to wait a good amount of time each time. When I first bought it, they claimed there was no problem with the dash, which is pretty darn absurd bc any moron realizes if the car dash & radio turn themselves on every few minutes when the car isn`t running, it WILL drain the battery! So now I am stuck with a several hundred $ repair bill because I don`t trust them to fix it right!!!!
All this courtesy of being a friend of a friend. Will never buy from them again!
