Reviews:

Rip off , snake oil selling, big headed jerks
Sucker-sales was shady, added extras without letting me know, like the special anti rust (SNAKE OIL), now the frame is rusting out.. (Nice) Never trust these guys they will rip you off every chance they get. Don`t forget they recommend replacing your headlight fluid every 3,000 miles,"" on sale now for only an extra $99.99"", the special of the week.

yeah same issue here, they suck
Yeah, same issue for me...they SUCK! We bought 5 Jeeps in our family from this Jeep Dealer and now they are screwing us...same problem as YOU! HA! And this is with a 2004 Jeep Liberty! It has 80k on it and ever since THEY installed a new pair of breaks on them we cant ever get the vibration out of the steering, and yeah you are totally right they clearly dont know how to do alignments and whatnot. The last time I ... view morewas living out of the area and had my 1st pair of breaks put on that libery after 30k miles I never had a problem, second pair on at begnal--MAJOR issues that wont go away. Yeah, definitely taking my jeep elsewhere, dont go to these guys for service!

NO problem selling a vehicle.. But....
I bought a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport- It was in good shape. The salesman was very nice - and after he got the money- I paid cash for this car.. I also should add this is my 5th Jeep Cherokee sport I Have Owned. I get the jeep drive it home, its all good, but I hear a noise in the back - a shock- something wrong! The electric windows also could not be controlled by any of the passengers- NO the WINDOW LOCKS WERE NOT O... view moreN... The jeep has a vibration in the front- tires out of balance - it wanders a bit- alignment. All simple in my world and its still under warranty- I call them to make an appointment-I am telling the service guy on the phone my problems- He tells me its ""A JEEP"" THAT IS WHY it rides this way.. OH MY @$$... my father was a mechanic - I know things - I know whats wrong- the simple stuff. I spent alot of times underneath Jeeps with my dad growing up fixing them.
So i bring it to have it fixed- the appointment- I go back to get it when its done- and they can`t find my keys - the service people are scrambling all over to find my keys! OK after 10 min or so they find them. I drive off and I still hear the noise! I am thinking ""ARE YOU KIDDING ME???""
OK I came home drove it for a couple weeks- the warranty is over by now.. and After the first experience with this service department- I took the Jeep yesterday to my mechanic in my town- 400 dollars later after replacing the shocks-alignment- and tires balanced and rotated the PROPER WAY.. even my mechanic said -they did not do a good job. The registration was also messed up.. It came to me in my mother;s name! So as far as I am concerned- they are very eager to sell a car but service is out to lunch permenantly...As far as I am concerned I paid cash and should have been treated way better than I was.. OH and after the salesman sold me the car, he also wanted me to go away.. had no time for me. I realize I am not their only customer.. but thought i would be treated better..
