Scam Artist

Frankie`s represents himself as a select shop for insurance companies. He makes promises of how fast he can repair your car and then once he has your business, he lies weekly that your car will be done that week. After 15 weeks I`m finally getting my car. When I went to the car rental place to renew my rental car, they had heard the same complaints about Frankie`s from others renting cars there. He has an unsatis... view morefactory rating with the Better Business Bureau for being nonresponsive. The guy has never heard of customer service. He totaling knows how to ripoff the consumer, get them to sign a contract and then drags his feet completing the work. BUYER BEWARE !!
