STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Prior to last week we found that their service of our Jeep - that had been purchased elsewhere - was pleasant and competent.

HOWEVER, the lease on one of our Jeeps came due this week. Since my husband had recently had major surgery, we were concerned about being certain that this dealership would accept the car. We called twice and were assured that there would be no problem... UNTIL we arrived and the Sales M... view moreanager claimed he had no room on the lot for the car. That was blatantly untrue - I counted numerous empty spots on my way out. Even given the extenuating circumstances - that it was my husband`s first day out and he should not have been driving any great distance - he would not budge.
I later found out that Warwick Jeep was `assigned` to cover the cars sold by the dealership where we had gotten it (that had since gone out of business).
This alleged Sales Manager is doing his best to ensure his own professional demise!
BTW, Suresky in Goshen accepted the car with no problem at all.
The owner of this dealership should be aware of how his business is being conducted!
I wish there were a `no star` option!

Really good experience

I recently purchased a used Jeep Liberty for my daughter from the salesman Mark at Warwick Dodge. He was so helpful. My daughter loved the car. It was a Saturday and we wanted to take it home, and Mark said that there was a small problem with the muffler pipe and he wanted to get the mechanics to fix it before we took it home. We asked if we can take it home and bring it back and when we brought it back on the follow... view moreing monday for the repair, Mark brought us back to the service dept and explained to the mechanic what needed to be done. He even told us that after we left, he found that there was a spare remote key up at the desk that he didnt know about until after we drove off and he put it aside for us. I thought that was great service. The car was repaired and it is a very reliable car. I would definitely recommend Warwick Dodge to anyone. I see some bad experiences written here, and I`m surprised because my experience was really a good one. I felt like I can trust the salesman. We first went to Chevy and the salesman we spoke to over there seemed like a snake, so it was refreshing to deal with Mark after that.

Horrible Dealership

If I could give them no stars I would. I purchased a car here recently. The staff acted like I was bothering them by trying to purchase a car from them. The only reason I bought it was because they had the car that I wanted but their customer services was horrible. They spent every spare second outside smoking. Its real nice to have to walk through a cloud of smoke, being pregnant and carrying a two year old, just to... view more get through the front door. After I bought the car and got it home I realized that they had not given me a spare key nor did they include the keyless entry remote on the key they had given me. I did not notice this before I left the dealership because the salesman in an odd moment of helpfulness started the car for me while I finished the paperwork. I now realize he did this so I would not notice the missing keys and remotes. I called the next day to let them know that I was missing these things and was told that it was a used car and so basically I get what they gave me. After much arguing they agreed to look for the keyless entry remote. One was found and we were promised that it would be sent to us that week. Needless to say I still don`t have the remote. I will never again buy a car from this dealership.

The WORST DEALERSHIP EVER- Read my experience & the other Ed

I purchased THREE cars for my family in April when this local dealer was slated for closure. Sure they were nice THEN, but once I signed the papers- NO customer service. When I bought the cars, I asked they put new tires on just mine (no problem they said). After a short time of sliding & excessive wear, I found out FROM GOODYEAR that they were used tires swapped from a traded in car at this dealership! One is as old... view more as 2003! They are also the wrong size, but despite all this- the dealer refuses to replace them & even wanted me to pay for 1/2! Did I not just spend enough $$ on 3 cars there?! The GM- Bill even talked down to me over this, even after I reminded them they had me & my kids driving on unsafe tires all this time just to save themselves a few bucks & now wont fix it??! He said ""we are doing well now, especially since all the other dealers closed & we get their business, so you are LUCKY we are even offering you 2 tires!"" That is the word for word quote he said- I promise you that.
They feel they have no one to answer to so can treat you however they please once you buy the car & the deal is done. They care nothing for safety or customer service at all. I wasnt asking for any more than to have had safe tires on my car, & I was there for them when they needed help to not close & lose their jobs; but they do NOT CARE about anything but selling you a car. They think nothing to put substandard/unsafe equipment on your car to save themselves a dollar & could care less if an accident happens as a result. The dont even care when you confront them with proof & act cocky toward you on top of it!
Keep your family safe; STAY AWAY< I am taking them to court & have reported them to the BBB. Go to a dealer that deserves your business and to stay open. I give them ZERO stars.

Great place to buy a car

What makes Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge of Warwick special is the feeling that you are looked at as a real person and not as a mere customer. I have never been in an auto showroom that treated people so well. I drove up from NYC to buy a used car and got a great car at a great price and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The product comes second and then the price comes third. I only wish every auto showroom could be like CJD of Warwick. I can recommend them without reservation.
