Went in to look at the maxima and got a great deal. same as my friend. But they agreed to buy my altima on a trade for a great price. Sent all my info in and they told me everything checked out and to come in. Went in at 4:30, left for dinner at 6:00 back at 7:00. at 9:30 they pull me in and tell me my credit score it too low and my payment has to go up. The deal on the Maxima ended that day and it was 9:30. ... view more Called the other dealer and was told the deal had to be written befor closing. Wierd thing is, I checked my credit score and it was a full 90 points higher then the one they said I had. The kept lots of people waiting. I purchased from Amity Nissan many times and never had this problem. If they keep you waiting. run like hell. Note: after waiting 2 hours I said I wanted my keys back and they would not give them to me. Kept telling me it would only be a few minutes. LEGENE SUCKS... !!!

Bad Customer Service

I bought a used car from this showroom and am disappointed with their customer service. Once you buy the car they will not pick up the phone to speak to you. All they care about is the ""sale"".
