Disappointed/Annoyed
Went to the irondequoit store to have my check engine light assessed. The woman at the store, who I assumed was the manager on duty, responded to my request by saying she had to help her "paying customers first." So, my husband, myself and 18 month old son waited for twenty min as three people helped two customers first and then the next several that came in the door. There was another employee in the back ... view morenot helping anyone which could have probably also helped us. We eventually left as no one seemed particularly interested in helping us, let alone remembering we were even there. Not going here again ...
