Also ripped off!!!

Wow! I can`t believe it! They did almost the same thing to me. I took my car to them to have a piece replaced. The owner told me it was done by himself "personally" and I was all set to go. When I got home and realized there was still a problem. I took it back and he said he didn`t know what was wrong but will replace it for me free of charge. (Red Flag anyone???) Complete Fraud!!!

All I can say is if you ever need repair or service on your car, do not take it here! The people who work at this shop are lying thieves! And let me tell you, they fit the typical stereotype of auto service centers ripping people off. My car was in an accident 6 months ago and pretty banged up. I took it to A1 Collision and they said no problem to fix it. First of all they had it for a whole month, but that wasn`t... view more the worst part. Six months later I needed an inspection done. I took it to my local station who I usually deal with for small services and while inspecting it, my guy told me that I needed a major part replaced (the same one that was supposed to have been brand new from A1!) Well to make a long story short, I had the entire car checked out and more than half of the parts that were supposed to be new, were either never even replaced or had been replace with old, used parts! Over $6,000 in damages were paid to these guys and I am still trying to get my money back.
