My family friends have been going to this mechanic for many years.. They told me if i ever needed anything to stop by his shop and see if they could help. SHADY!!!
Brought 1 year old car in for inspection- it failed. Brought it elsewhere and it passed with flying colors. Their customer service SUCKS too. They shouldn`t rip people off in their own neighborhood... I put flyers in every mail box. Shame on them.

The most positive experience with a repair facility ever!!
The A/C in my Lincoln SUV suddenly stopped working. My husband looked at it and determined that the high pressure line had a hole in it. He consulted a local auto store and they sold him a liquid weld product. Yeah well that was lesss than effective. I called several repair stations including to Ford dealers and they were insane with just the diagnostic charges, not even the repair!!! A guy that I knew from my c... view moreompany reccomended Ronk Auto and gave me the number. I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone and she then had me speak to Mike the owner. What a great guy. He went over the truck and found the initial issue and went a step further and found a few cruial issues that were contributing to the no A/C. He fixed it all for more than a fair price and did not do anything without talking to us 1st. It was a kinda of costly repair but no where near what I could have paid if I had gone somewhere else. Everyone that works there is personable, helpful and most of all knowledgible.

Do not trust
Definitely not a service center that can be trusted. Recently found out that what I paid for to have replaced, was never replaced. A quick fix only lasted for so long. Also, overpriced.

DON`T Trust These Reviews
I bet the owner posted all of these positive reviews. I dropped my car off and was told I needed a new transmission. I went for a 2nd opinion elsewhere and found out that it was a simple belt!!! $60 and 4 months later... my car is perfect. SHAME ON YOU.

Scammers!
Mike, the owner is a liar and a scam artist. I took my car in to have the check engine light checked, they "plugged" a leak in the air intake and when we left the transmission started banging. The car had NO transmission issues before we took the car in. They obviously did something to the transmission to up the repair bill and refused to remedy their break. Refreshingly Honest
My car is 8 years old. The back brakes were the original factory installed brakes. They started to make that awful grinding noise. I called several shops in my area ... all were competitively priced ( except the dealer who was $150.00 more! ) However, on the phone, Mike said.. "" Usually I can save the drums so I wouldn`t worry about that "" The other shops I called heard a female voice and automatically included... view more the drums in the price ... Mike told me bring it right down .. no appointment needed and we will finish it for you today. They called with the price BEFORE continuing.... and it was the price they quoted. A half hour later the car was done! Thanks for being honest and trustworthy! I`ll definitely be going back when I need another service!

Honest, competent and professional
