Reviews:

Don`t buy your Honda here!
The beginning of my process was like many others I had during my new car search. I would build a car at a company`s website and submit my email address for communication. I built a car online through Honda`s website and I submitted my information to my local Honda dealerships. I bantered back and forth through email for several days on prices, features, accessories, etc. with several dealerships. Pretty standard, ... view moreeasy-going stuff. I printed up the emails from each dealerships and stopped in to say ""hello"" and get a ""feel"" for the people at each dealership and to let them know of my communication with their ""internet"" staff. Again, pretty standard stuff this day in age. Some visits were okay, some were swell, some where not. Honda of Kingston was ""not"" a good visit. I went to the Kingston dealership and they tried the old bait-and-switch technique with me once I was there. They switched the price to a higher price. The salesman mentioned to me that I was still ""getting a good deal and it`s the best the sales manager can do."" Whatever. I still gave them another shot because the online price via email was, according to the salesman, a ""typo."" Fine, I understand mistakes happen. I`m okay with that. But something felt fishy. The situation didn`t sit well with me and I left feeling a bit leery of what had transpired. I turned a blind eye in hopes of a getting a good deal. After several email/face-to-face discussions with multiple dealerships, I decided to go with another dealership that was upfront, honest, professional, and just downright awesome from the beginning. And yes, I ended up buying my Honda at the ""awesome"" dealership. If I`m going to invest $25,000-$30,000 in a vehicle, it`s going to be with someone I trust Anyways, the salesman at Kingston had called me and asked me to keep him in the loop in regards to my new car purchase, whether it was a Honda or another vehicle. I had mentioned to him that I was considering other cars as well, like a Maxima (but that`s another story). Like I did with each Honda dealerships I dealt with, I spoke with each salesmen that had helped me. I thanked each person for their time and effort and told them that I appreciated their hard work, but that I ultimately decided to go elsewhere and purchase my vehicle. Each salesman stated ""good luck"" with the new car and welcome to the ""Honda family."" Most expressed themselves cordially and then, as expected, plugged their dealership for other services that I may need in the future. Then, I called Honda of Kingston, I should have known better. Again, out of common courtesy, I called back the Kingston Honda salesman to let him that I decided to go in another direction. I thanked him for his time and effort and told him that I appreciated his hard work, but that I ultimately decided to go elsewhere. Like I had should have known with this dealership from the beginning, he was unprofessional, rude, and just downright nasty with me. He had a few choice words for me that I will not leave in this review and proceeded to hang on me. End of discussion. Well done Honda of Kingston, well done. If this salesman is the reflection of your dealership, then I feel nothing but pity for you. And to think, nearly 50% of a dealership`s income comes from the services they provide after you buy the car. I was considering bringing my car there for any work that needed to be done. Not anymore! Whatever you do, go to another dealership for your new Honda ... go south of Kingston Honda, go north of Kingston Honda ... drive an hour or two away if need be ... but don`t go Kingston Honda. Again, if you`re going to invest $25,000-$30,000 in a vehicle, it needs to be with someone you trust and feel comfortable with, which Honda of Kingston was neither. Take care of your family and go to a real dealership and give them your hard earned money instead of these clowns! Trust me! You`ll thank me la
