STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. The mechanics at Sears Automobile are a bunch of incompetent, ignorant, shameless BASTARDS who are full of excuses. I trusted Sears to work on my Mercedes Benz ML430 believing as a reputable store, a corporation that has been in business forever can live up to its reputation. I am very disappointed. These thieves stole my money charging me for different serv... view moreices since 2011 making excuses every time for the "Check Engine Light" that kept appearing on my dashboard after THEY initially serviced the car the first time. Until November 2012, time to take the car for inspection, which is the moment of truth, and their backs are on the wall. A supervisor that I have never met before, as mediocre as his crew, advised me to take the truck to its dealer. They have repeated the same jargon that, there isn`t anything wrong with the truck, and that only the Benz Dealer will be able to turn off any lights on the dashboard, but still managed to play Russian Roulette, and charged me thousands of dollars for services that were not necessary. I did take the truck to its dealer, where I was told that nothing was ever fixed. I explained that I was trying to cut corners in this economy, and was taking for a ride by a group of morons. The Benz Dealer, then remarked that "if these mechanics were competent luxury car mechanics, they would have worked for the dealers, therefore earning the Mercedes Benz starting salary of $37 an hour, instead of the hourly 12 bucks at Sears." Oh well, Lessons learned! DON`T BE THEIR NEXT SUCKER, STAY AWAY!!
