Honest car salesman!!

I went to Meadowlands Nissan on a friend`s recommendation and she told me to ask for a salesman named Neil. What a great experience! He is not your stereotypical car salesman. He`s down to earth and honest with you about what you`re looking for. He was great to work with and I love my new car!!!

Overall,the serivce was great. Then again they are when they want your money. Nelson was a great salesman; he will listen to you and to his best to fit your needs. Neil was Great

my wife and i went in to test drive the murano, we met with neil and discussed what our options were. he let us take the car out and met with us when we got back. he was able to answer all of our questions and laid out all of the pricing options that we had. he allowed us some time to go over everything ourselves and make our own decision. he is even helping out with getting some things taken care of on my wife`s... view more old car, which is still on lease. excellent dearlship and sales staff!

Meadowlands Nissan dealership is an excellent dealership. Their sales staff provided an excellent source of knowledge and education about buying a vehicle. I recently bought a Nissan Murano from Neil Dimaso. He did an excellent job helping me select a vehicle that was financially affordable!! Great salesperson ! terrible financer...

Gave them a call to see if they had a current car i was looking to purchase in stock..andre diamond answered the phone and was able to set up an appoitment. I wish I could rate them NO STARS!

In late October, I brought my car to Meadowlands Nissan for an Oil Change. JUST an oil change! I also asked about having a spare key made. An hour & a half later, the service rep brought me a paper to sign. I saw the charges were high, but I assumed the high price was for the electronic key. So I signed. And I waited. And waited. And WAITED. I missed the appointment to pick up my sick dog at the vet. and I w... view moreaited some more. Eventually they came out with a bill for over $600. It stated "15K service performed at Customer`s request". At no time did I EVER request a 15K service. The car has had 5K, 10K, 15K, 25K and 50K services, and it hasn`t even got 12K miles on it yet. The charge for the key - the plain old key - was over $200. It did not include the electronic gadget for locking the car, which was what I needed most. Oh yeah, and they also said that the car - which gets driven less than 15 miles per week - needed brakes and an alignment. I was livid but did not want to cause a scene in the waiting room. However, it only got worse. Last week, I used that overpriced key for the first time. It screwed up something so bad my car wouldn`t start. I had to have the car towed to a different Nissan dealer who charged $125. Naturally, Meadowlands Nissan has no intention of doing anything to rectify their dishonest "Bait & Switch" tactics or their shoddy workmanship with the key. I would recommend avoiding their service department at any cost. If you do use their service, take their recommendations with a grain of salt, and get a second opinion from a reliable dealer. If I`d BELIEVED their recommendation, I would have spent another couple of hundred dollars on brake services that were certainly not necessary on a car with less than 12,000 miles on it.

Great Service

We recently bought a 2009 Ford Focus from this dealership. We were very happy with the great customer service and friendly atmosphere. We worked with Neil Dimaso who made the process move smoothly and quickly. We would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
