Great Service!!

Made an appointment for service and was pleasantly surprised by the pleasant, capable people in the service department. My car was returned to me with my repair done and on time. I was also amazed that they had washed my car before returning it to me My car never looked as clean since I took it away after buying it. I would recommend these people to any one without worry.

Not recommended!! Worst place ever...

I do not want to give any ratings for East Coast Nissan dealer at all. They are only focused on selling cars that they lack customer service in general. Their only aim is to sell. Once you purchase a car there, that is it! They could careless about your needs. This is the worst place I have ever been to! They are taking forever with an issue I had with them. It`s literally been a month. Still not resolved yet they ke... view moreep telling me they are working on it. I highly doubt that they are working on it. There are a bunch of inefficient folks working there...

Just be carefull with them ...BIG NONO

have my car there since Friday ... in june i purchast extended warranty from them ""NO problem THERE "" for my passat ...My AC is not working and TODAY wednesday just found out that the warranty was rejected they want to send my check back ( THE COST OF THE REPAIR IS MORE THAT I PAYED FOR THE WARRANTY but that is not my problem ) ....and I AM IN THE AIR .... to be continued ....

What have you been Smoking???

They make fun of all their customers, they over charge people for the worst work in the world, their cars are way high in price. Their parts department are all crookkksss. ANYONE WITH A BRAIN WOULD NEVER GO THERE!! I hate to bad mouth any business but these people are the worst, just google them if you dont believe me!
