Top Notch
I was recommended to them by a friend and I will also be recommending them. The Tire Warehouse by far had the best price on the tires I was looking for. I have been to a lot of shops in my life and I have to say I was impressed. Clean showroom, friendly customer service, and short wait time made my experience there very pleasant. They were extremely busy when I was there (now I know why) however the staff handled it ... view morevery well kudos to them.

DON`T TRUST!!
I brought my ca...
DON`T TRUST!!
I brought my car in 3 times telling them the tires were leaking. They said they fixed the three leaking tires in January. Had to bring it in again last week (early March) for the same problem and they said one aluminum alloy rim was corroded and they sanded it (thank you for doing that..) The other two had bad valve stems. Why didn`t they fix those 6 weeks earlier?
So last week I got the 3 tires fix... view moreed (again), drove out of the parking lot and couldn`t control the car. Went right back and they told me a tire radial belt had slipped or broken (while it was in their care) and I had to get new tires (38,000 mi on 55,000 tires). They would not honor any warranty and said it was my fault the tire failed because of the leaking air problem. The guy at the counter said he`d give me a discount on new tires.
While I waited, I heard 2 other people told their leaking tires were because of bad valve stems. Is this a common problem with Tire Warehouse? Can`t they get that right? To add insult to injury, the same guy that said he was giving me a discount on tires told another customer about the same tires and the discounted price he told me was the regular price.
Don`t trust this business. Bad valve stems for multiple customers, damaging tires while they "fix" them, and mis-represented prices. If I didn`t need my car and had another way out of there, I would have left. NEVER GO HERE unless you want to buy an extra set of tires.

Don`t trust this business. Bad valve stems for multiple customers, slipped tire belts while they ""fix"" a tire, and mis-represented prices. If I didn`t need my car and had another way out of there, I would have left. NEVER GO HERE unless you want to buy an extra set of tires.

Horrible Warranties
I was pleased when I first got the tires, beyond that? Not at all. I just went in today, because I got a flat tire. I got these tires 3 years ago, and they each (I got four) have a ""lifetime warranty"". They never told me that the warranty involved the fact that it can only be replaced for free before 13,000 miles, and after that you get a ""pro-rate"" of what the tire is priced at now. Then, my tires cost $89, now ... view morethey`re $130, so they`re giving me a price of $75, when they should be free!!!!! I was NEVER told about this 13,000 miles, or this pro-rate. Now, I`m a college student riding around on an unsafe tire, hoping it doesn`t pop on Erie Blvd. Thank you Tire Warehouse for caring about our safety. If you don`t want to be jerked around, I suggest you go somewhere else.

More care than at the hospital.
Ever try to get show tires in August? Nobody`s got`em,
EXCEPT tire ware-house! Since I was buying off season they gave me a great price....and excellent service...I could not help but feel that these people were caring about what they were doing, what a refreshing experience. They made my day and I`d recommend them to anyone. And now you know the rest of the story.

I bought the battery... but they never put it in
I bought a battery two years ago and last year started having problems with starting my van. After many jumps and replacing my alternator, I brought the car back to Tire Warehouse (Icouldn`t believe the problem was a new battery). After 2 hours they asked me if I changed the battery? NO? They then admitted that it was the original AC Delco and they never put the battery in my car. Then after they put a new batte... view morery in the guy says `free of charge` (Really? I thought I paid for that 2 years ago.) Then an hour later they say the van won`t start and that the remote starter needed to be ripped out.. After another hour they find they didn`t reconnect the battery to the relay. The Manager claims to report directly to the shareholders. If your a shareholder ... SELL!!!! BTW... they couldn`t print a receipt either... ONE STAR is the least you can give, but that is too much.

Great Service
Contrary to the previous review, I have had great service and success with repairs done at the Tire Warehouse. Scheduling an appointment is easy and convenient, the waiting area clean and pleasant, the staff polite and professional and the repairs done right the first time.
Not knowing if the repairs they recommended where covered by warranty, I contacted the dealership that I purchased my car from, and the p... view morerice quote that included parts and labor was better than what they would charge. They also confirmed that it was a common issue with the make and model of my car.
I will definitely take my car to the Tire Warehouse in Clifton Park going forward - the Saturday hours are a big plus!

Dont repair what they recommend
Just like the above review, they tried to tell me 700 dollars in parts needed to be repaired, when brought to another place, nothing needed to be repaired, needed an alignment....
You have to give at least one star so i did. Too bad theres no negative stars.
....get your tires from here, nothing else.

Not happy with these tires
I bought Vogue tires from you guys in Sept.06. Vogue radial ix 9`s fo for $ 350.00 per tire. These tires appear to be coming apart cracking along the side wall and very close to the side edge that meets the road.nys police officer say`s these tires are coming apart the same as truck tires he`s seen on numerous occasions on the highways. It`s troubling because the officer say`s thats what re-treads do. I paid you guys... view more $2600.00 plus dollars for these tires and wheels in good faith.Meaning i expected to be treated fairly as i paid hard earned money. And i drive my most cherished possesion on these tires my childern. As i assume you would be too concern for your children-Remember when selling a defective product such as this. I am on the road with your family too.If these tire fail there is no controling these automobiles. Please take some responsibilty for this. And,not try and hold me up for another $500. to $600.00 dollars for a replacement set also charging me for mounting, balancing and freight seems to be a bit over the top when in fact you sold this defective item. Thank a plenty and give some thought to your response...

Beware of these crooks!
Said my car needed all new front & back brakes and quoted an outrageous estimate. Took my car to a local mechanic for a second opinion -- they cleaned and adjusted by brakes -- no new parts needed, just an hour of labor cost.
