I used A1 a number of years ago. Before the owner passed. They installed the wrong tranny, broke my windshield and only charged me cost to replace it. Hopefully the new family owner knows how to deal with the public. keep away

I brought my car in because it was having startup issues, and was told that they would run a "diagnostic". I told them "not to perform any work on the car because it is covered by warranty" Instead they "worked on the car for 4+ hours," installed a part without asking me, then charged $400+. When I disagreed with the charges, they basically threatened that they "reduced the cost" and could charge me more for "the l... view moreabor" and "remove the part." I don`t know if their service is high or low quality, however if you use them, make sure you tell them the maximum amount of time to spend working on your car, and to not install any parts without teling you, or they will go bananas and charge you for maximum time at $95 plus an hour, and install parts without your permission.
