They promise guaranteed credit regardless of your credit rating. "If you work, you drive." After giving them all of my credit information, their finance person, Ray, tells me they don`t finance cargo vans. It didn`t sound right because they advertise financing for all of their vehicles. These People are criminals

They would not let me test drive the car , took my deposit -claiming they would fix all things wrong with it ---took my 500- and would not return it. Never even got to test drive it They hide behind their bullet proof glass. The are rude nasty scum. Turds with feet. Scamming scumbags, Thieves and criminals. STAY WAWAY FROM THESE SO CALLED PEOPLE. SAVE YOURSELF AND RUN FAR AWAY.

IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY THIS IS THE PLACE

Very good experience. I had bought my car 3 months ago . I have no pr0blems with it and I got it a at very good price. Will definately buy from them again. With this economy I can not afford a new car and I think I made the right move. I would reccomend this place to anyone wanting to buy a good and cheap car.

DO NOT BUY FROM HAMILTON AUTO in BROOKLYN!!

My experience was almost identical to the poster above in that too that it was auction and when I also put $1,000 down for a car that cost $2.000, when it was time to pay i got hit with 2 surprise fees. 1 was Auctioneer`s fee of $376, the 2nd was a ""destination fee"" of $149.00. Stupid me believe him and it would up being 2 problems with one being a transmission problem. I brought it back and they were willing to put a new used transmission in for $2,000! I said no thanks and they also refused to give me my money back. I got the trans fixed in my hometown for $537. The other problem cost me $300 to fix. Stay away from these people!!!

ALRET! DON`T BUY FROM THEM

ALERT! Don`t loose your money on them.

Ok first i went there thinking its a auction ..guy working there told me there was no such thing like it. looked at the car in their lot and decided to buy one.He gave me a price of $3200 which i agreed on but on my final bill they charged me $385 auction fee and $164 some other fee which i wasn`t told, by this time i had already signed and given them $1000 downpayment.Th... view moreen i asked for my money back as i did not wanted to pay them those fees that i was not told before i gave them downpayment.Then a guy told me downpayment are non-refundable.By the way there was another customer there who was fighting with them for his money too because they sold him a car that broke down few days after he bought it........HOPE YOU DON`T WANT TO BE ME OR THIS ANOTHER CUSTOMER I TOLD YOU ABOUT....SO YOU WHAT TO DO

This place is no good. They can also go by the name Hamilton Avenue Auto Auction but they`re licensed as a dealer. Don`t even bother coming to this place. My husband bought a van from them and the same day we were taking it home, the transmission gave out and we had to turn around and by the time we got back, they had closed up for the day. They told us that the repair would cost $1800 and that it was a... view more 50/50 deal. They would not give us a replacement or cover the cost to fix the transmission. Ironically, another customer arrived with the same problem and the manager told us that the other customer was willing to pay for it. We called the cops and the officer said that every time that he had to come to Hamilton ave. auto sales, there was always a problem. I was just checking some reviews I found on yahoo and they had the same problem to. So, now we`re going to court to get our money back.
