I drove over 250 miles to buy two bikes from this dealer because their prices were the best I could find and they had the bikes I wanted in stock. When I got there, I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The dealership is quite large with a robust inventory. The staff were all polite and professional, from the guys at the parts counter to the salesman (who happily stepped up to cover for my salesman... view more who was out for the weekend) to the staff in the back office who helped get the paperwork done. It was quite busy when I arrived and everyone at the dealership worked together Iike a well-oiled machine. Highly recommend this dealership. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!

I bought a brand new ATV from this company. I found a smoking deal on ebay but decided to call the company (Cross Bay Honda) directly. To start with they sounded like they would do anything to help me but once I had wired them the cash for the atv I was constantly disappointed. Left on hold for 11 minutes before hanging up and calling again only to be asked if I they could call me back in 5 minutes. After 2 hours... view more I called again... This game goes on and on. I did finally get the ATV and it is great but holy crap what a stress. I was told I would have it by the end of the week and I ended up waiting 3 EXTRA weeks before I had it!! Terrible service and constat lies!

steer clear, they do not honor a ebay contracts, liars and theives, never had any problems with the other 15-20 bikes i have bought from other places prices suck they do not even deserve 1 star

still a shady dealer!

I found these reviews by accident. I`ve never written a review online, but I have to this time because the other comments are completely true! Promo718 is on point and that was almost 3 years ago!. I just bought a bike from these guys, only because I wanted a gixxer....but that doesnt make me a happy customer.

They tried selling me the warranty by first making it seem like they were doing me a favor. When that... view more didnt work, they tried throwing in a garbage helmet and jacket. They were really pushing the warranty and it seemed like the I pissed off the whole office when i repeatedly declined. They were also really slow with the paper work. The place is not a restaurant where the longer you wait the more drinks (or in this case gear)you`ll buy. If you decide to buy a bike here, MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING TWICE BEFORE SIGNING YOUR NAME.

I would highly reccommend ny honda yamaha in astoria to anyone who wants a honda or yamaha. They are very helpful and dont force you to do anything. Also, they dont hit you up with the $800 devlivery fee that crossbay and most other dealers hit you with.

Absolute Turn-off

I`ll give it one star, for having a skill of being arrogant and unfriendly. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. ...inventory is a joke, whatever they claim on the website is not in the showroom. One would think that in this economy they would be interested in providing a quality service to a potential customer?

avoid this shady shop

I bought a brand new bike from these guys. Steer clear of this shop! They tried every single shady trick in the book to rip me off - from trying to raise our previously agreed-to (signed by both parties) out-the-door price, to ""forgetting"" to subtract the deposit i had left previously from the final price, to aggressively pushing a warranty, disguised as a manufacturer ""special"". I spent over 4 hours at the deale... view morership for what should have been a 1 hour process. In the end they couldn`t rip me off for anything at the desk, so they did the last thing they could - they only put in enough gas to get to the closest gas station. This, after buying a brand new bike from them!

Overall, a very predatory shop. Steer clear!
