Outright liars, beyond rude, no moral integrity
Vic Florio blatantly lied about the condition of the vehicle, they covered up an oil leak, tire air leak, faulty door lock, missing key, among other things. They even removed the roof rack without my knowledge. They were overly defensive and blamed everything on the transport, and , according to Sam Magarino, I am ""a typical f***ing cheesehead!"" Very unprofessional. They kept saying that they are a Ford dealership,... view more which means nothing to me as I`ve worked at a Ford dealership and seen the slimy scams they pull. I just wanted a nice car for my family and to be reimbursed for all the issues which they continue to deny even exist. I feel sorry for these guy because a life a scamming honest people for their hard earned money usually leads to a miserable lonely existence. Karma will take care of you.
