Both Tim and Dan were very friendly and helpful. Tim was very knowledgeable regarding the MKX. He was a good saleman, but not pushy. When I picked up my vehicle he patiently explained everything to me. I would recommend Tim to my friends looking for a car.

No pressure, knowledgable, professional, but personable.

Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful event. Salesman Matthew was outstanding, everything I asked for he delivered. He remembered even the smallest of details, said it once he remembered and delivered. Matthew delivered exceptional, personal, and world class customer service! Matt F was just fantastic. Actually, my son bought a 2011 Focus from him 2 weeks before and recommended Matt. He really took the time to access my needs, what I really wanted and made the best deal possible.
